PharmaGrade.ai is built on trust, transparency, and professionalism. These guidelines help maintain a respectful, valuable community.

What We Encourage

  • ✓Honest, Constructive Feedback: Share genuine experiences, both positive and negative, in a professional manner.
  • ✓Detailed Context: Provide project details (phase, modality, complexity) to help others assess relevance to their situation.
  • ✓Balanced Reviews: Include both strengths and areas for improvement. No CDMO is perfect.
  • ✓Professional Tone: Use respectful language, even when discussing negative experiences.
  • ✓Specific Examples: "Communication was slow, taking 3-4 days to respond to critical questions" is more helpful than "bad communication."
  • ✓Helpful Voting: Upvote reviews that provide value, regardless of whether they're positive or negative.

What We Prohibit

  • ✗False Information: Fabricating experiences, posting about CDMOs you haven't worked with, or deliberately misleading others.
  • ✗Defamation: Making false, damaging statements about CDMOs or their employees.
  • ✗Confidential Information: Sharing trade secrets, proprietary information, or confidential project details protected by NDAs.
  • ✗Profanity & Abuse: Vulgar language, personal attacks, harassment, or discriminatory content.
  • ✗Conflicts of Interest: Reviewing your own company's services or being paid to write reviews.
  • ✗Manipulation: Vote manipulation, creating fake accounts, or coordinated campaigns to inflate/deflate rankings.
  • ✗Spam & Advertising: Promotional content, links to competing services, or irrelevant information.

Review Standards

Personal Experience Only

Reviews must be based on your direct, first-hand experience working with the CDMO. Hearsay, rumors, or second-hand accounts are not permitted.

Substantiated Claims

If you make serious allegations (quality failures, regulatory issues), provide context and specifics. Vague accusations without details may be removed.

No Personal Information

Don't include names of individual CDMO employees, personal contact information, or other identifying details.

Language & Length

Reviews must be in English, at least 200 characters, and focused on the CDMO's performance. Rants or overly emotional content may be flagged.

Enforcement

Reporting Violations

If you see content that violates these guidelines, use the "Flag" button or contact us at hello@pharmagrade.ai.

Moderation Process

  • First-time reviews from new users are moderated before publishing
  • Flagged content is reviewed by moderators within 48 hours
  • Multiple community flags trigger automatic review
  • Decisions can be appealed via email

Consequences

Violations may result in a warning, content removal, suspension, or permanent ban.

Dispute Resolution

For Reviewers

If your review is removed and you believe it was in error, email hello@pharmagrade.ai with your explanation. We'll review within 5 business days.

For CDMOs

CDMOs can dispute reviews they believe are false or violate guidelines by submitting a formal dispute with supporting evidence. We investigate all disputes objectively and may request additional information from the reviewer.
