By accessing and using PharmaGrade.ai ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use PharmaGrade.ai, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a pharmaceutical industry professional
  • Register with a valid corporate email address
  • Provide accurate and complete information

3. User Accounts

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Email Verification: Corporate email verification is required. Free email providers are not permitted.

4. User Conduct & Reviews

When submitting reviews, you agree to:

  • Provide honest, accurate feedback based on personal experience
  • Not defame, harass, or make false statements about CDMOs
  • Not disclose confidential information or trade secrets
  • Not submit reviews on behalf of competitors
  • Maintain professional tone and constructive criticism
  • Not attempt to manipulate rankings or vote on your own reviews

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
  • Attempting to manipulate rankings or voting systems
  • Scraping or automated data collection
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Uploading malware or harmful code

6. Content Ownership & License

Your Content: You retain ownership of reviews and content you submit. By posting, you grant PharmaGrade.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

Platform Content: All Platform content, design, and functionality are owned by PharmaGrade.ai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

8. Disclaimers

User Opinions: Reviews represent individual user opinions, not PharmaGrade.ai endorsements.

FDA Data: FDA compliance data is from public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding completeness or timeliness.

Due Diligence: Users should conduct independent due diligence before selecting a CDMO partner.

9. Limitation of Liability

PharmaGrade.ai is provided \"as is\" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform, reliance on reviews, or business decisions made based on Platform information.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PharmaGrade.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for violation of Terms or at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
